About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the entire outbound process — from initial outreach to booked demos.
- Build and scale lead generation across cold email and LinkedIn.
- Optimize lead funnels and landing pages to maximize conversion.
- Manage every touchpoint with precision and consistency.
- Write and run cold email campaigns targeting the DACH markets.
- Execute structured LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers.
- Implement and refine lead funnels — ensuring no lead is left behind.
- Collaborate on high-converting landing pages.
- Coordinate follow-ups and prepare demo calls to drive high close rates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level German proficiency.
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B outbound or sales development.
- Strong copywriting instincts — clear, concise, and effective messaging.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar.
- Self-starter who builds structure rather than just following it.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Ho Chi Minh City.
