Requirements
7+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or at an ad agency, working as an art director.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling across multiple platforms.
Background in branding design, with interest in visual storytelling and data visualization.
High proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with eagerness to learn new technologies.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Basic motion graphics skills.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas with marketers, executives, product managers, designers, and developers.
Skilled in leading discussions, presentations, and design-thinking exercises.
Experience mentoring and guiding less experienced designers.
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones and in a fully virtual workplace.
Strong organizational abilities with proven self-management in remote environments.
