About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Become a trusted advisor working together with our clients
Manage a diverse set of projects extending across multiple disciplines
Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication
Own project governance, including status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement
Work closely with the various practices within Aimpoint providing ownership and support on client engagements and internal projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional services and/or project or program management experience
3+ years overseeing technical delivery or consulting projects, ideally in data or analytics
3+ years of client account management experience
CAPM or PMP certified preferred; CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications a plus
Demonstrated proficiency across Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
Working knowledge of the modern data ecosystem, including cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP/BigQuery), data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts
Experience managing data migration and platform modernization engagements
Familiarity with AI and machine learning project delivery
Experience supporting data analytics engagements end to end
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
Experience developing detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets
Expertise in scope, risk, dependency, timeline, and resource management across cross-functional teams
Familiarity with change management and data-driven transformation initiatives
Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and highly effective organizational skills.
