About the role
- Lead and develop automation testing strategies, ensuring robust and scalable test frameworks.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to integrate automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
- Enhance and optimize test coverage for web and mobile applications.
- Review, debug, and improve test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Mentor and guide the QA team in best automation testing practices.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and work with development teams for quick resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing.
