About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Benefits modules.
  • Streamline HR processes by automating position management, concurrent employment, and contingent workforce administration.
  • Drive process standardization and optimization using SuccessFactors fit-to-standard principles.
  • Design and deploy robust employee and manager self-service (ESS/MSS) capabilities to empower the workforce.
  • Oversee migration from legacy HR systems, ensuring rigorous validation, reconciliation, and data integrity.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and other downstream/related systems.
  • Facilitate comprehensive knowledge transfer and upskilling for City IT and HRIS staff to ensure long-term operational success.
