Apply SAP Activate, manage sprints, fit-to-standard workshops, and deliverable governance.
Own project plan, budget, resourcing, RAID log, and steering committee reporting.
Align client executives, key users, and consulting teams; manage expectations and change.
Direct cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare coordination.
Coordinate complex production, costing, and supply-chain workstreams.
