About the role
- Define and execute the organization’s QA strategy, processes, and best practices
- Build, scale, and mentor high-performing QA teams across multiple locations and domains
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps leaders to align QA goals with overall business objectives
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of robust automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium
- Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
- Evaluate emerging QA tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency
- Oversee end-to-end testing activities including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Establish clear quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards
- Work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth releases
- Facilitate risk-based testing, release readiness reviews, and defect triage meetings
