About the role
- Develop and implement a strategic events calendar aligned with enterprise sales and marketing goals.
- Create detailed project plans for each event, including timelines, budgets, and risk management.
- Plan and produce high-end client events including executive dinners, private forums, curated networking experiences, and industry conferences.
- Partner with sales leadership to design events that support relationship-building with key enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate executive-level programming including speaker sessions, panel discussions, and thought leadership experiences.
- Foster relationships with industry leaders and influencers to promote our event offerings.
- Lead the planning and execution of events such as hackathons, summits, executive roundtables, and VIP dinners.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, vendors, production, and guest experience.
- Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to align event messaging and promotion.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns utilizing digital platforms, social media, and email outreach.
- Track and report on event performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess event success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B event marketing/field marketing, preferably in AI technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Experience planning executive-level or high-touch client events.
- Experience managing events targeted at Fortune 500 or global enterprise audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and senior executives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver premium experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with senior executives and industry leaders.
