About the role
- Design, set up, and execute experiments focusing on LLMs, Agentic AI, and broader ML systems
- Actively debug algorithms and conduct reproducible research
- Write clean, modular code and maintain research pipelines
- Present results and align experiments with team priorities
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Drive research strategy and bridge research with product initiatives
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or rigorous double degree
- 2-3+ years of experience in AI research or similar fields
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with Language Models and Agentic AI workflows
- Strong expertise in model fine-tuning
- Knowledge of MLOps and deployment in production environments
- Must be proficient in English and able to communicate complex results clearly
