  • Take ownership of non-technical development, focusing on delivering impactful solutions for our valued customers
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions that give business outcomes, enabling faster and more efficient processes
  • Ensure that future products align with and exceed the expectations of our clients, acting as a vital bridge between our customers and development teams
  • With full accountability for your projects, foster transparent and honest communication, both internally and externally, while actively seeking and providing constructive feedback.
  • Be part of the Business Impact team in NYC with internal title Business Impact Lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor, Master or MBA degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business, Consulting, and/or Product Management, with SaaS experience
  • Experience working with large enterprise Pharma customers (Fortune Global 500/Big Pharma/Pharma 50)
  • Experience working with R&D teams/functions - knowledgeable of R&D structures and drivers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and being comfortable interacting with senior management of large corporations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Independent worker and ability to take responsibility that timelines are met
  • Strategic thinker; able to look at the bigger picture and not tunnel vision on small details
  • Ability to simplify the complex and communicate the same way
