About the role
- Support and create internal communications (employee engagement) initiatives such as institutional activities, events, surveys, branding campaigns, commemorative dates, awards, anniversaries, and conventions;
- Support, update, and create graphic materials, presentations, videos, guidelines, panels, and content adaptations for the Cooperative's channels;
- Verify and record invoices for payment to the area's suppliers/vendors;
- Responsible for the Diversity and Inclusion program and its related dates and activities;
- Responsible for the Employer Brand and its impact on social media;
- Request and follow up on creative development tasks with the in-house creative team/agency, providing complete briefs for the creation/adaptation of materials to meet the Cooperative's strategy;
- Submit requests for quotes to the procurement department in accordance with internal guidelines and policies;
- Track and monitor materials inventory in line with the Cooperative's strategy;
- Perform other duties related to the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Intermediate knowledge of image-editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator), Photoshop and/or Canva;
- Experience with internal communications (endomarketing) activities;
- Knowledge of video recording and editing tools is a plus;
- Must reside in Itajaí/SC or the surrounding region.
