Full-stack Engineer

• Develop and maintain high-performance autonomy software systems
• Implement effective algorithms for real-time planning, scheduling, and decision-making
• Develop onboard autonomy systems for satellite operations
• Work with simulation and testing environments to validate software functionality
• Document code and write technical documentation; contribute to reviews and project milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components into products
• Ensure improvements in algorithms' capability, performance, and overall technological innovation
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in autonomous systems and space technology

Junior Autonomy Software Engineer

Sales

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for gifted_GENE: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
• Build account plans targeting satellite operators, launch providers, and manufacturers
• Deliver demos and presentations showcasing gifted_GENE’s impact
• Manage and coach a team of two SDRs to generate and qualify pipeline
• Define qualification criteria, set KPIs, and refine messaging and targeting
• Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and SDR performance reports to the Mission Solutions Manager
• Represent AIKO at key space industry events and conferences to generate and convert leads
• Collaborate with product managers to share client feedback and influence roadmap development
• Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns supporting lead generation and deal progression
• Report directly to the Mission Solutions Manager

Sales Manager

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance onboard autonomy software systems for satellite operations
• Implement real-time planning, scheduling, and decision-making algorithms
