About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape, enable, and continuously improve the organization’s use of AI-enabled productivity, collaboration, and workplace efficiency tools
  • Review and validate the efficacy of AI-powered workforce productivity adoption programs
  • Partner with Information Technology, Legal, Enterprise Risk, and other stakeholders to enable prioritized tools within organizational and regulatory guidelines
  • Define training, communications, and continuous-feedback strategies focused on measurable business value
  • Identify business challenges and value-creation opportunities addressable through AI workforce productivity tools
  • Develop and execute a workforce productivity tools strategy aligned with business priorities, employee needs, and enterprise technology standards
  • Define and track adoption, usage, satisfaction, productivity, process-improvement, and value-realization metrics
  • Establish capabilities for rapid experimentation in a low-risk, safe, and secure manner
  • Define and maintain usage guidelines, guardrails, naming conventions, lifecycle practices, and governance standards
  • Monitor vendor roadmaps, new features, employee feedback, and emerging best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, organizational effectiveness, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • 7+ years of experience in digital workplace, productivity tools, enterprise technology adoption, change management, employee experience, or related roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Anthropic Cowork, Microsoft Cowork, and similar productivity and collaboration tools
  • Experience leading enterprise tool adoption, enablement, governance, or transformation initiatives across large or distributed organizations
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical technology-enabled solutions and adoption plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders, business partners, technical teams, and end users
  • Ability to use data, telemetry, feedback, and business outcomes to measure adoption and continuously improve programs
  • Understanding of security, compliance, records management, privacy, and responsible AI considerations
  • Experience in product management or transformation leadership in a matrix organization
