Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and process complex financial documents
  • Process loans, non-periodic distributions, periodic distributions, systematic withdrawals, and claim payouts
  • Support the notice of death process
  • Process requests while maintaining quality review and productivity standards
  • Communicate accurately and professionally with advisors, participants, colleagues, and internal departments
  • Interpret product, plan, group, and IRS requirements to process requests or determine whether requests are not in good order
  • Develop working relationships across and outside the organization
  • Share information and ideas with team members and management
  • Support continuous improvement and increased efficiency
  • Handle special projects as assigned
  • Research and resolve escalated and high-priority situations using alternative approaches
  • Work remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining high work standards

Requirements
