About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a deep understanding of Claims business processes and operational workflows
  • Engage and build strong partnerships with stakeholders and IT partners
  • Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore resources across requirements definition
  • Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, priorities, and process improvements
  • Facilitate and document business process flows, data mappings and functional requirements
  • Provide program leadership and accountability for execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge and experience within the insurance industry
  • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) platforms such as Pega or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience supporting end-to-end design, analysis, and delivery within the financial services sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing paradigms and Agile development methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience
