Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a deep understanding of Claims business processes and operational workflows
Engage and build strong partnerships with stakeholders and IT partners
Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore resources across requirements definition
Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, priorities, and process improvements
Facilitate and document business process flows, data mappings and functional requirements
Provide program leadership and accountability for execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge and experience within the insurance industry
6+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) platforms such as Pega or equivalent
10+ years of experience supporting end-to-end design, analysis, and delivery within the financial services sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of cloud computing paradigms and Agile development methodologies
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience
