About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop a deep understanding of Claims business processes and operational workflows
- Engage and build strong partnerships with stakeholders and IT partners
- Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore resources across requirements definition
- Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, priorities, and process improvements
- Facilitate and document business process flows, data mappings and functional requirements
- Provide program leadership and accountability for execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge and experience within the insurance industry
- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) platforms such as Pega or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience supporting end-to-end design, analysis, and delivery within the financial services sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of cloud computing paradigms and Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience
