About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take full responsibility for your own partner accounts
  • Drive the development of our products and value proposition
  • Be part of a fully integrated Nordic unit of 30 A&H professionals
  • Host status and renewal meetings and ensure high service levels
  • Partner with the Partnership Development Manager to secure the technical foundation for new and existing programs
  • Prepare and present professional tenders and product solutions
  • Conduct regular reviews of portfolio performance and suggest product or pricing adjustments
  • Develop and maintain best practices for our partnership underwriting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Account Management and data handling
  • Experience from insurance or the broader financial sector is a plus
  • Proactive, curious and takes pride in delivering quality work
  • Readiness for a commercial and autonomous challenge
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable translating data into actionable business decisions
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
