About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and administer DUA and Product Governance Frameworks
  • Act as a point of contact for key governance activities
  • Take minutes during key stakeholder meetings
  • Document processes in line with governance frameworks
  • Keep accurate inventory management of caseloads
  • Provide product centres and DUA's reminders on governance standards & requirements
  • Support to the Governance Team on various programmes

Requirements

  • A background in general insurance
  • Demonstrated organisational skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Professional experience working well with other teams
  • Proven ability to prioritize work streams
  • Demonstrated success anticipating internal client needs
  • Proven ability to identify problems and deliver solutions
  • Organisation skills combined with excellent communications skills
  • Foundational knowledge of project management principles
