About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and administer DUA and Product Governance Frameworks
Act as a point of contact for key governance activities
Take minutes during key stakeholder meetings
Document processes in line with governance frameworks
Keep accurate inventory management of caseloads
Provide product centres and DUA's reminders on governance standards & requirements
Support to the Governance Team on various programmes

Requirements

What you’ll need

A background in general insurance
Demonstrated organisational skills
Strong relationship management skills
Professional experience working well with other teams
Proven ability to prioritize work streams
Demonstrated success anticipating internal client needs
Proven ability to identify problems and deliver solutions
Organisation skills combined with excellent communications skills
Foundational knowledge of project management principles
