About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and administer DUA and Product Governance Frameworks
- Act as a point of contact for key governance activities
- Take minutes during key stakeholder meetings
- Document processes in line with governance frameworks
- Keep accurate inventory management of caseloads
- Provide product centres and DUA's reminders on governance standards & requirements
- Support to the Governance Team on various programmes
Requirements
What you’ll need- A background in general insurance
- Demonstrated organisational skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Professional experience working well with other teams
- Proven ability to prioritize work streams
- Demonstrated success anticipating internal client needs
- Proven ability to identify problems and deliver solutions
- Organisation skills combined with excellent communications skills
- Foundational knowledge of project management principles
