About the role

  • Perform assessments on multiple aspects of a claim journey, including SOPs, claims policies, contractual agreements, customer experience, and system functionality
  • Provide recommendations to improve quality, workflow processes, policies, and system improvements
  • Review and evaluate claim/process to determine if proper practices are followed
  • Understand complex and highly technical processes to identify associated risks
  • Maintain knowledge of multiple programs, products and terms and conditions
  • Identify and report process improvements and assist in building new processes
  • Provide detailed written feedback to managers for agent development and business operations
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure review consistency across business units
  • Track claim review results and handle research assignments and reporting as delegated
  • Report to a claims team manager and collaborate with various teams
