About the role
- Perform assessments on multiple aspects of a claim journey, including SOPs, claims policies, contractual agreements, customer experience, and system functionality
- Provide recommendations to improve quality, workflow processes, policies, and system improvements
- Review and evaluate claim/process to determine if proper practices are followed
- Understand complex and highly technical processes to identify associated risks
- Maintain knowledge of multiple programs, products and terms and conditions
- Identify and report process improvements and assist in building new processes
- Provide detailed written feedback to managers for agent development and business operations
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure review consistency across business units
- Track claim review results and handle research assignments and reporting as delegated
- Report to a claims team manager and collaborate with various teams
