About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing onshore and offshore resources to process business requirements
- Assist in the reduction of unallocated cash
- Drive change leading to efficiencies and ensure training is completed
- End to end escalation point for policy booking issues
- Facilitate & participate in meetings with key stakeholders
- Conduct meetings to determine changes in process
- Key contact person for compliance, legal and audits
- On-going identification or anticipation of issues
- Maintain and deliver standardized documentation and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven operations experience in either Insurance or Financial Services
- Excellent Computer Skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others as well as work autonomously when required
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable team player
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
