About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing onshore and offshore resources to process business requirements
Assist in the reduction of unallocated cash
Drive change leading to efficiencies and ensure training is completed
End to end escalation point for policy booking issues
Facilitate & participate in meetings with key stakeholders
Conduct meetings to determine changes in process
Key contact person for compliance, legal and audits
On-going identification or anticipation of issues
Maintain and deliver standardized documentation and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven operations experience in either Insurance or Financial Services
Excellent Computer Skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work well with others as well as work autonomously when required
Excellent time management skills
Flexible and adaptable team player
Excellent verbal and written English skills
