Handle Employment Practices Liability claims
Identify, investigate, and resolve multiple coverage issues
Provide clear communication of policy coverage issues
Coordinate with defense counsel and insureds
Analyze and budget litigation on pending claims
Manage reserve adjustments and payments
Make presentations to management as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Claims handling and/or litigation experience
Financial Lines experience (EPL, D&O, ERISA claims) preferred
Ability to analyze policies of insurance and legal documents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
JD highly preferred
