Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM infrastructure
Secure and manage user identities and access privileges
Help design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements
Responsible for the development and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors
Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems and applications
Implement and maintain access control policies within SailPoint IdentityIQ
Conduct integration testing to verify functionality and security of IAM solutions
Stay current with industry best practices in IAM

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of IT experience
5+ years focused on IAM solutions (specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ)
Experience developing and configuring SailPoint connectors
Familiar with role-based access controls
Familiar with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Excellent verbal communication and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt quickly to change
Must be highly organized and maintain quality work while meeting deadlines
Expertise in Java programming
Proven experience in integration testing
Valid certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ required
Proficient in IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
