Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or program management
Demonstrated experience acting as a learning partner or consultant to business leaders
Proven experience owning and evolving a manager or leadership development program, ideally for new or frontline managers
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Passion for helping employees at all levels grow and succeed through practical and accessible development
Ability to travel up to 25%
