About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with Product Actuaries and Underwriting across North America to build and maintain advanced statistical modelling pipelines
Ensure timely delivery of a North America prioritized modelling portfolio
Lead delivery of Radar models for North America, ensuring best-practice build, documentation, controls and governance
Lead the training and support of Actuaries in their use of advanced modelling and analytics approaches
Research and develop cutting-edge algorithmic techniques to improve process and data quality
Take ownership of projects utilizing Agile planning approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of relevant experience; particularly in Technical Pricing, Actuarial or predictive modelling
Degree in a mathematical or computer science related discipline
Very comfortable coding in R, Python or other language popular for data science, with strong software engineering practices
Experience in using cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, Azure)
AI fluent: practical experience using AI / GenAI tools to accelerate analytics delivery
Expertise in Excel, SQL or other programming languages
