Key responsibilities & impact

Handle Employment Practices Liability claims
Identify, investigate, and resolve multiple coverage issues
Provide clear and concise communication of policy coverage issues
Timely investigate claims for coverage, liability and damage analysis
Work with the Insured and defense counsel for claims resolutions
Analyze and budget litigation of each claim
Manage reserve adjustments and payments to avoid deficits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Claims and/or litigation experience
Financial Lines experience (EPL, D&O, ERISA claims) preferred
Ability to analyze policies of insurance and legal documents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
JD highly preferred
