About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information
- Conduct suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products
- Handle everything right over the phone without cold calling or prospecting
- Achieve monthly production goals while articulating value propositions and adopting a consultative approach
- Build product knowledge to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail
- Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training)
