About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information
  • Conduct suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products
  • Handle everything right over the phone without cold calling or prospecting
  • Achieve monthly production goals while articulating value propositions and adopting a consultative approach
  • Build product knowledge to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training)
