Key responsibilities & impact

Handling Financial Institutions Claims, including Employment Practices, Fiduciary Liability, and Director & Officers
Identifying, investigating, and resolving coverage issues
Providing communication of policy coverage issues to insureds, brokers, underwriters, and risk managers
Coordinating with defense counsel and insureds for coverage and damage analysis
Managing reserve adjustments and payments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Claims handling and/or litigation experience
Financial Lines experience (EPL, D&O, ERISA claims) preferred
Ability to analyze policies of insurance and legal documents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
JD highly preferred
