Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a deep understanding of Claims business processes and operational workflows.
Engage and build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and IT partners.
Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore resources across requirements definition, Agile planning, and delivery milestones.
Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, priorities, process improvements, and solution approaches.
Facilitate, design, and document business process flows, data mappings, and functional requirements.
Provide program leadership and accountability for execution, including progress oversight, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge and experience within the insurance industry; Claims domain experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across business, operations, and technology functions in a complex global environment.
Proven history of enabling large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives impacting global user populations.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with a track record of identifying process improvement and optimization opportunities.
Experience in Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) platforms such as Pega or equivalent.
10+ years of experience supporting end-to-end design, analysis, and delivery within the financial services sector.
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
