Key responsibilities & impact

Underwriting the most complex risks
Delivering the value of the AIG brand to broker partners and clients
Developing and maintaining relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years+ of aerospace insurance experience
Advanced knowledge of the aviation insurance business
Excellent marketing, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills
Proven track record of developing more junior colleagues
Ability to analyze financial statements
Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Customer and sales orientated behaviors
