About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key clients and brokers.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, sales, marketing, claims, and operations to ensure timely and successful delivery of agreed upon solutions.
  • Drive key broker/client reviews and strategies through regular stewardship meetings and touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities for additional business and set clear goals for assigned broker or client.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of sales and/or distribution experience, preferably in A&H or related products.
  • Expertise in Salesforce.com as CRM for sales analytics, sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong relationship management expertise to grow key broker and client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
