About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key clients and brokers.
- Collaborate with underwriting, sales, marketing, claims, and operations to ensure timely and successful delivery of agreed upon solutions.
- Drive key broker/client reviews and strategies through regular stewardship meetings and touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for additional business and set clear goals for assigned broker or client.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of sales and/or distribution experience, preferably in A&H or related products.
- Expertise in Salesforce.com as CRM for sales analytics, sales pipeline management and forecasting.
- Strong relationship management expertise to grow key broker and client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
