About the role
- Assist underwriters by screening risk offerings and with pre- and post-binding processes.
- Review new submissions against prescribed criteria.
- Perform quality control of all work returned from Shared Services.
- Initiate manuscript endorsement approval process.
- Prepare policy writing instructions and premium billings.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent, a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize and navigate multiple systems
- Problem solving and attention to detail skills
