About the role
- Partnering with regional underwriters and/or senior UW Support employees in the processing of new and renewal business
- Evaluating new and renewal submissions against prescribed criteria
- Identifying and resolving account alerts and blocks during the submission process
- Performing data analytics, remodeling, and referral documentation preparation
- Assisting with training and oversight of less experienced support staff
Requirements
- 2+ years of related insurance experience and/or training, or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
- Ability to work closely with underwriters and CoE partners to develop and deliver tailored solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation
