Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and/or coordinate high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
Execute on hundreds of other priorities and tasks that haven’t yet been defined
Provide data-driven insights, recommendations, and critical feedback on strategic reinsurance purchasing decisions
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and align stakeholders across departments
Develop and refine processes that optimize the priority-setting for the Head of Ceded Reinsurance
Track organizational performance metrics and assess progress toward strategic goals
Prepare presentations, board materials, and executive summaries to communicate strategic priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a similarly demanding strategic/operations role
Insurance and/or reinsurance experience a plus
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus
