About the role

  • Lead and/or coordinate high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Execute on hundreds of other priorities and tasks that haven’t yet been defined
  • Provide data-driven insights, recommendations, and critical feedback on strategic reinsurance purchasing decisions
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and align stakeholders across departments
  • Develop and refine processes that optimize the priority-setting for the Head of Ceded Reinsurance
  • Track organizational performance metrics and assess progress toward strategic goals
  • Prepare presentations, board materials, and executive summaries to communicate strategic priorities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a similarly demanding strategic/operations role
  • Insurance and/or reinsurance experience a plus
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus
