- 4+ years of underwriting operational experience
- 1+ years experience leading a team
- Commercial insurance experience required
- Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team
- Experience managing hybrid/remote teams a plus
- Proven track record in delivering improved results
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, planning, and delegation skills
