About the role

  • Participation in the early-career program with a variety of tasks in an international environment
  • Analysis of key performance indicators and other metrics
  • Liaising and negotiating with brokers and clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, for example in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, Sales Administration or a comparable field (international degrees advantageous), graduating in 2025 or 2026
  • At least some initial professional experience (e.g., internships) preferred, ideally in the insurance sector
  • Motivation and willingness to engage with and learn new subject areas
  • Team player with a quick grasp of business topics and a readiness to make decisions
  • Very good German and English skills and strong MS Office proficiency
