About the role

  • Support and independently assess risks and prepare tailored insurance quotes for national and international clients
  • High level of personal responsibility and an entrepreneurial approach to work within a helpful and committed team
  • German- and English-language communication with (foreign) brokers, clients and colleagues from the company’s international network
  • Collaborate on cross-departmental and strategic projects
  • Steep learning curve and many opportunities for development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Natural Sciences or a comparable field (international degrees advantageous), completed in 2025 or 2026
  • Initial professional experience through internships is a plus, ideally in the insurance sector
  • Motivation and willingness to take on challenges and learn new subject areas
  • Team player with a quick grasp of new topics and a readiness to make decisions
  • Very good German and English skills and strong MS Office competency
