About the role

  • Responsible for managing various real estate accounting and reporting processes
  • Work closely with corporate real estate team for lease data accounting
  • Review and run monthly allocations, prepare rent support and JE
  • Oversee lease administration for leases with third-party partners
  • Ensure invoices processed and accruals recorded accurately and timely
  • Prepare timely and distribute quality monthly reporting analytics
  • Responsible for billing, collections, and accounting for subleased properties
  • Support real estate capital projects accounting and reporting
  • Help establish CoE structure, processes, and controls
  • Provide ad hoc reporting with insights into real estate analytics
  • Support all Real Estate related audits

Requirements

  • Accounting Degree (CPA or equivalent - Accounting or Finance major preferred but not required)
  • 4+ years’ experience in Finance and Accounting
  • Strong operational experience with U.S. GAAP
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Team player, critical thinker, problem-solver willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently, multitask with attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP, BPC, financial automation tools
  • Effective written & oral communication skills
