About the role

  • Conducting loss control surveys and managing power generation accounts
  • Working with underwriters, clients, and brokers to improve risk in energy sectors
  • Perform loss control inspections, desk top reviews, and account reviews
  • Determine key loss prevention attributes at various energy facilities
  • Evaluate hazards associated with turbine generators and renewable technology
  • Analyze water supplies and sprinkler system demands
  • Identify occupancy hazards and assess their protection features
  • Conduct consultative visits and plan reviews at customer facilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
  • Minimum five (5) years of industry experience in Power Generation and Renewable Energy
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of a wide range of occupancies, exposures per best business practices
  • Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Position is expected to travel approximately 50% of the year - predominantly in the US and Latin America countries
