About the role

  • Serve as a senior business-facing technology leader, acting as the primary conduit between Claims stakeholders and technology delivery teams
  • Ensure initiatives are clearly defined, strategically aligned, and delivered with measurable business impact
  • Ensure Claims technology solutions are grounded in business need, operational efficiency, and aligned to our Claims Technology North Star
  • Engage, build, and cultivate strong partnerships with business stakeholders and IT partners
  • Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore resources across requirements definition, Agile planning, and delivery milestones
  • Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, priorities, process improvements, and solution approaches
  • Facilitate, design, and document business process flows, data mappings, and functional requirements
  • Provide program leadership and accountability for execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting end-to-end design, analysis, and delivery within the financial services sector
  • Strong knowledge and experience within the insurance industry; Claims domain experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across business, operations, and technology functions in a complex global environment
  • Proven history of enabling large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives impacting global user populations
  • Critical ability to manage and drive multiple initiatives across geographies, ensuring alignment and consistency of outcomes
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a track record of identifying process improvement and optimization opportunities
  • Experience in Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) platforms such as Pega or equivalent
  • Experience supporting large-scale product or platform implementation initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creation of executive-ready updates, strategic documentation, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing paradigms, enterprise design patterns, and Agile development methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
