Serve as a senior business-facing technology leader, acting as the primary conduit between Claims stakeholders and technology delivery teams
Ensure initiatives are clearly defined, strategically aligned, and delivered with measurable business impact
Ensure Claims technology solutions are grounded in business need, operational efficiency, and aligned to our Claims Technology North Star
Engage, build, and cultivate strong partnerships with business stakeholders and IT partners
Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore resources across requirements definition, Agile planning, and delivery milestones
Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, priorities, process improvements, and solution approaches
Facilitate, design, and document business process flows, data mappings, and functional requirements
Provide program leadership and accountability for execution.

Requirements

10+ years of experience supporting end-to-end design, analysis, and delivery within the financial services sector
Strong knowledge and experience within the insurance industry; Claims domain experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across business, operations, and technology functions in a complex global environment
Proven history of enabling large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives impacting global user populations
Critical ability to manage and drive multiple initiatives across geographies, ensuring alignment and consistency of outcomes
Analytical and data-driven mindset with a track record of identifying process improvement and optimization opportunities
Experience in Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) platforms such as Pega or equivalent
Experience supporting large-scale product or platform implementation initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creation of executive-ready updates, strategic documentation, and stakeholder communications
Strong understanding of cloud computing paradigms, enterprise design patterns, and Agile development methodologies
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
