About the role
- Support financial planning and analysis activities, including modeling, forecasting, and reporting
- Assist in building storyboards and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support finance operations, data management, and governance initiatives
- Contribute to projects in areas such as reporting and quality controls, business analytics, and model building/development
- Conduct detailed analysis and provide insights to improve processes and enhance decision making
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the financial and/or P&C insurance industry required
- Bachelor's degree with a major in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Actuarial, Engineering, Economics or other)
- Experience developing detailed financial models / analysis
- Experience developing executive level presentation materials
- Excellent time management skills to meet required deadlines
- Strong business and financial acumen and ability to present financial items clearly and concisely
- Self-starter, and a team player with ability to communicate with teams with various backgrounds.
