Ensure comprehensive end-to-end tracking of spend, both expense and cash
Analyze vendor-level spend and collaborate with FP&A Business Partners to develop vendor level planning capabilities including variances, trending analytics, updated forecasts and provide useful insights into demand management
Assist with building a demand management process with functional teams
Assist with the development of expense and cash forecasting for GOE
Build and develop Excel files with direct SAP BPC data pulls to efficiently update financial results and PowerPoint presentations for management reporting and expense analysis including commentary for key drivers
Monthly expense dashboard oversight and reconciliations to financials before releasing to management and Finance BPs
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis as required to support management decision making
Coordination with personnel in FP&A, Procurement/Sourcing, Controllers, Treasury as necessary to develop quantitative analyses and presentations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline
5+ years of experience within corporate finance or accounting/strategy
Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with ERP systems like SAP, BPC, Oracle
Self-starter, quick-learner and flexible team-player
Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail
Effective written & oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and management
