About the role

  • Ensure comprehensive end-to-end tracking of spend, both expense and cash
  • Analyze vendor-level spend and collaborate with FP&A Business Partners to develop vendor level planning capabilities including variances, trending analytics, updated forecasts and provide useful insights into demand management
  • Assist with building a demand management process with functional teams
  • Assist with the development of expense and cash forecasting for GOE
  • Build and develop Excel files with direct SAP BPC data pulls to efficiently update financial results and PowerPoint presentations for management reporting and expense analysis including commentary for key drivers
  • Monthly expense dashboard oversight and reconciliations to financials before releasing to management and Finance BPs
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis as required to support management decision making
  • Coordination with personnel in FP&A, Procurement/Sourcing, Controllers, Treasury as necessary to develop quantitative analyses and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience within corporate finance or accounting/strategy
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP, BPC, Oracle
  • Self-starter, quick-learner and flexible team-player
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Effective written & oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and management
