About the role

  • Ensure all UW Guidelines, Manuals and SOPs are current
  • Act as underwriting audit lead
  • Analyze data to identify trends and risks
  • Assist in development and maintenance of quality assurance standards
  • Serve as liaison between UW management and UW Governance

Requirements

  • University degree or higher
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in insurance business
  • Strong preference for Accident & Health experience
  • Thorough understanding of underwriting principles
  • Awareness of relevant laws and regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
