About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and close net-new business with regional PAC providers (SNFs, home health, hospice, IRF, referral partners)
  • Run full sales cycles: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Drive annual expansion within your existing account base through upsells and additional facility growth
  • Use Aidin's performance data and market reports to lead consultative, insight-driven conversations
  • Deliver tailored demos that speak directly to PAC workflows, intake challenges, and executive priorities
  • Articulate ROI — referral growth, census impact, competitive positioning — in terms healthcare decision-makers care about
  • Own the onboarding experience for newly signed accounts and serve as the primary point of contact during the critical first 90 days
  • Train users and administrators on Aidin's reporting tools and how to act on data to drive referral improvement
  • Manage an ongoing portfolio of regional accounts — monitor health, address issues proactively, and build lasting relationships
  • Own the full renewal cycle: start conversations early, reinforce value, and close on time
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, account records, and forecasts in HubSpot
  • Feed market and client insights back to leadership to inform product and strategy

Requirements

  • CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred); proven ability to run product demos and close business independently
  • Strong organization and follow-through — you can manage a portfolio without dropping the ball
  • Must be a self starter and “comfortable with the uncomfortable”; experience with another early-stage startup a major bonus
  • Coachability is critical to the success
