AI Learning & Enablement Specialist
AI Technology PartnersAI Learning & Enablement Specialist designing and delivering AI curriculum across enterprise platforms. Supporting user enablement and adoption of AI tools.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop scalable AI learning programs, curriculum, and training materials
- Support enablement initiatives across platforms and workflows such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise
- Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and hands-on enablement experiences
- Create learning assets such as prompt libraries, job aids, playbooks, guides, assessments, and LMS-based learning content
- Partner with internal teams and enterprise clients to support AI adoption and user enablement efforts
- Translate complex AI concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support change management and adoption strategies
- Continuously experiment with AI tools and stay current with evolving AI technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong instructional design and course development craft
- Hands-on experience using AI tools
- Comfortable in front of a room, virtual or in-person
- Experience with enterprise technology platforms
- Experience with change management
