  • Build and further develop sophisticated generative AI systems
  • Work on LLM and RAG systems
  • Integrate generative AI into existing enterprise landscapes
  • System design and well-considered trade-offs
  • Bring solutions into production

Requirements

  • Truly experienced in Data Engineering
  • Hands-on experience operating and scaling RAG systems in production
  • Enjoy questioning assumptions and designing solutions
  • Practical experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation in real-world setups
  • Agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, and complex workflow automation
  • Vector search and semantic retrieval
  • Python as primary programming language
  • Confident with at least one of the following: JavaScript / TypeScript / Java / Kotlin
  • AI platforms and dev tools: OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, or Weaviate
  • Cloud infrastructure: Azure, AWS
  • Delivery practices: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
  • Solid background in SaaS and enterprise software development
