About the role
- Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments: - Architects & interior designers - Developers - Hospitality operators - High-end residential projects
- Conduct structured outbound outreach
- Add and maintain all leads in the company CRM system before outreach
- Qualify leads based on: - Budget - Authority - Need Timeline
- Initiate conversations and move prospects toward a meeting
- Book qualified meetings directly into the sales team’s calendar
- Ensure complete and accurate handover notes for each booked meeting
- Track performance and continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound sales
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily activity targets
