About the role

  • Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments: - Architects & interior designers - Developers - Hospitality operators - High-end residential projects
  • Conduct structured outbound outreach
  • Add and maintain all leads in the company CRM system before outreach
  • Qualify leads based on: - Budget - Authority - Need Timeline
  • Initiate conversations and move prospects toward a meeting
  • Book qualified meetings directly into the sales team’s calendar
  • Ensure complete and accurate handover notes for each booked meeting
  • Track performance and continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound sales
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily activity targets
