About the role
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential correspondence and prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
- Support with document management, expense tracking, and administrative workflows.
- Liaise with business partners, investors, and service providers in a professional and polished manner.
- Oversee household management (scheduling maintenance, deliveries, staff coordination).
- Manage personal appointments (medical, beauty, wellness, social, etc.).
- Coordinate travel, dining, and leisure bookings for the couple and guests.
- Support in property administration (rentals, payments, renewals, insurance, etc.).
- Handle gifting, event planning, and seasonal organization (holidays, birthdays, etc.).
- Run errands and assist with general life logistics as required.
Requirements
- Exceptional organization and multi-tasking ability.
- Discretion, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Notion, Excel, and scheduling apps).
