About the role

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Support with document management, expense tracking, and administrative workflows.
  • Liaise with business partners, investors, and service providers in a professional and polished manner.
  • Oversee household management (scheduling maintenance, deliveries, staff coordination).
  • Manage personal appointments (medical, beauty, wellness, social, etc.).
  • Coordinate travel, dining, and leisure bookings for the couple and guests.
  • Support in property administration (rentals, payments, renewals, insurance, etc.).
  • Handle gifting, event planning, and seasonal organization (holidays, birthdays, etc.).
  • Run errands and assist with general life logistics as required.
