About the role
- Act as deputy to the Front Office Manager during absences
- Competent leadership of the reception team
- Onboarding and training of apprentices and students
- Staff scheduling and preparation of duty and vacation rosters
- Handling all check-in and check-out formalities
- Professional management of guest complaints and claims
- Internal communication and coordination with other hotel departments
- Preparation of daily closing reports and monthly closings using Fidelio Suite 8
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality
- Relevant professional experience in the described role
- Confident demeanor with guests and a distinctly friendly manner
- Organized and independent working style
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with Fidelio Suite 8 is desirable (training can be provided if necessary)
