About the role

  • Managing existing clients and acquiring new customers
  • Conducting sales trips
  • Participation in trade shows and travel fairs
  • Preparing offers, contracts and billing for group bookings
  • Close communication and collaboration with all hotel departments
  • Welcoming and assisting groups; coordinating, preparing and executing events; supporting the sales team
  • Maintaining the customer database “NextGuest” and entering group reservations into the booking system “Suite8” (any missing knowledge will be gladly provided)
  • Administrative tasks

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of professional experience in hotels, sales, administration or reservations
  • Reliable, communicative and able to work under pressure
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Team player with a professional appearance and good manners
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
