About the role
- Managing existing clients and acquiring new customers
- Conducting sales trips
- Participation in trade shows and travel fairs
- Preparing offers, contracts and billing for group bookings
- Close communication and collaboration with all hotel departments
- Welcoming and assisting groups; coordinating, preparing and executing events; supporting the sales team
- Maintaining the customer database “NextGuest” and entering group reservations into the booking system “Suite8” (any missing knowledge will be gladly provided)
- Administrative tasks
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in hotels, sales, administration or reservations
- Reliable, communicative and able to work under pressure
- Friendly demeanor
- Team player with a professional appearance and good manners
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
