About the role
- Maintain existing fire sprinkler service and preventative maintenance accounts
- Network to identify new business opportunities and develop new customer bases on service contracts
- Develop sales plans and objectives regarding new work, contract negotiation, claims resolution, and future work potential
- Serve as the team project leader during work acquisition and project execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous mechanical or fire protection systems experience
- Post-high school degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Being a self-starter and possessing the ability to work independently
