About the role
- Drive strong performance of your team through selling profitable sprinkler construction projects
- Execute exceptional customer service to Milwaukee, WI customers
- Actively manage the profit and loss of the sprinkler project portion of the Milwaukee Regional financials
- Determine annual contract sales goals for the region and individual sales team members’ goals
- Have direct oversight of acquisition and overall sprinkler project execution
- Mentor and grow Ahern’s contract business
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a construction type sales/project management type role in a related field
- Post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience managing financial results is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail
